3 months agoWith a MTCal correlation, how can a candidate of 33% who had no vote at our polling station in 2021 get a reduced percentage in another election where this time he had 20votes. I expected a rise from 33% to something around 38% then one who had 51% would be in 40s if my MTCs add up properly. Nonetheless no authentic leader enterprises in war or bloodshed. We need a peaceful nation. But our systems need to be revived if Uganda must be a nation of everyone.
